Alli Diet Pills..............?
Anyone Try Or Have Used? What Was Your Experience?
Diet pills do work at times depending on how one uses them. My mother uses different ones constantly and her doctor told her she shouldn't do that because so many diet pills will hurt her organs in the longrun and different pills taken at once will cancel each other's effects. If you want to take diet pills please use them safely because from my experience I know some will help you loose weight but combined with diet and exercise, they're just not going to work by taking them and sitting around. Overall I hope I helped :]

Is There A Weight Loss Supplement That Is Healthy Or Are They A Waste Of Money?
I Am Trying To Get To A Healthier Weight And I Was Wondering If There Is A Safe And Healthy Supplement That Will Work. Or Are The Supplements Just A Waste Of Money?
Yes there are supplements, which can help you. But it depends what you expect. Supplements don't make miracles. If you want to take this supplement, do nothing and waiting for weight loss results, you will be disappointed.
But there are supplements, which can help your fat loss efforts and even help you to lose fats in definite body areas.
Escape to buy "magic pills", which promise you fast and easy results.
I suggest you to buy yourself some fitness and bodybuilding supplements.
1) L-carnitine - it helps you to burn more fats during your cardio.
2) L-glutamine - it keeps your muscles untouched during tough and long diet.
3) Yohimbine - it is known as supplement, which increase libido, but it is also used to achieve Spot reduction (lose fats on definite areas).
4) Many other type of tees - green tea, black tea - these are thermogenetics and fatburners.
There are lot more. I will give you the first article about weight loss and health supplemental guide. Later will be more.

I'M Taking Green Tea Diet Pills (Which Do Work,Please Dont Tell Me It'S Bad) But I'M Eating 1700 Ish Cals A Day, Which Is The Amount Recommended For Weight Maintain. Will I Still Lose Weight?
First you need to find out how many calories you need per day.
there are calculator online, just plug in your age height weight and the amount of activity you do everyday, it will give you an estimate on how many calories you need to maintain. If you consume less than that you will lose weight.
I used to be a personal trainer and i can tell you that green tea pill doesn't work. Fat burner work a little bit but the only thing that will really work is the one you need doctor prescription
Which Pills Is Best For Weight Loss?
There is no pill or trendy new diet that can accomplish what sensible eating and exercise does. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. This does not mean to starve yourself, but to eat bulkier, lower-calorie foods. For instance, rather than having turkey on white bread for lunch, have turkey on 100% WHOLE WHEAT bread, with a piece of lettuce or several slices of tomato. It's important to consume 100% whole grains rather than enriched because whole grains have all their fiber and original nutrients whereas enriched have only a portion- which has been added. The nutrients are always good for you, but high-fiber foods will keep you fuller for longer, so that you don't eat as often.
In addition, rather than having a handful of chips for a snack, have an apple. An apple is pleasantly sweet (or tart, if you like the green variety), but is also largely water. This water will fill you up surprisingly so you won't be likely to eat later. Finally, for dinner, you could have a piece of baked (or fried) chicken, corn-on-the-cob, and a small bowl of frozen yougurt for dessert. For breakfast, you could have whole grain pancakes and a piece of fruit.
Don't think of skipping meals because that will only set you back. When you go without food for a long time, your metabolism slows down so as not to use up your energy. True, you could eventually lose weight by fasting, but you would also be weak and unhealthy.
For exercise, you should buy a rope with which to jump. It doesn't need to be expensive, as a decent rope can be found for about five dollars.
Most importantly about all this is CONSISTENCY. The weight will not come off in a few days, but only in at least a week, and only 1-2 pounds at that. The body is not mean to lose weight quickly.
Best Diet Supplements For Quick Healthy Weight Loss?
I Have Till March 11 To Go From Being 5'6 And 174Lbs To Atleast 150Lbs. Please!!
No diet supplement will let you lose that, sorry. 24lbs are hard to shed, and you need at least 3 months if not more. I hate to be the barer of bad news, but its the truth.
Dietary supplements are risky, and can often lead to blurred vision, headaches, hair loss, liver damage, numbness in the hands and difficulty walking. It can cause calcium deposits to build up, which can interfere with muscle function, including the heart muscle. These are only a few side affects. What I suggest is seeing a dietitian and establishing a diet plan. Drink plenty of water, cut out carbs, saturated fats, artificial sugars and full fat dairy. Exercise an hour a day, every day. You may lose 2lbs by March 11 if you are strict and specific.

*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity minus the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF). A website that explains this formula in more detail and will help you determine how many calories you need to reach or maintain a certain weight is at http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/...
Get an online, desktop, or cell phone diet and fitness calculator. This will allow you to easily calculate the above formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.
Set realistic goals for your ideal body weight. Here are two websites that will calculate a suggested body weight:
It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound.
Here are two articles on how to break through a weight loss plateau:
*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:

Which Weight Loss Pill Works Best?
Xenadrine, no question. I have been taking it everyday for about 3 months with a strict work out routine of 4 weight training days, 2 cardio, and 1 day off. In 3 months I lost 28 lbs. And the recommended daily dose is 6 pills, and I only take 2. It costs $60 and one jar of pills last 2 months. Good luck.
Does Now Green Tea Extract Diet Pills Really Work?
Ive Been Wanting To Lose Some Extra Weight, Im Not That Heavy, I Do Have Alot Of Muscules Because Im So Involved In Sports, But Summer Slipped Around And I Gained Some Weight So I Want To Take A Pill To Help Me Out. I Was Orignaly Going To Take Thermoadrol But I Couldnt Afford It So Im Taking The Green Tea Suppliment, 400Mg And Was Wonder If It Really Worked. How Much Will I Lose A Week Without Working Out And Extremly Health Food, Im Still Going To Work Out I Just Need A Estimate, So Does This Thing Work Some???
Pills do not work.
The ones that do are prescribed by doctors, as you would need medical supervision, for morbidly obese people when the risks of dying from obesity outweigh the risk of dying from the pill (the pills trigger organ failure). Still surgery and tying your stomach down is a better alternative, even if it’s still dangerous.
Tea is a huge diuretic so you’d probably lose water weight.
Losing water weight and dehydrating (getting chapped lips, dry skin and digestive problems when your fiber becomes a dry sponge) should not be your goal.
LOSING BODY FAT doing aerobics (3500 calories of exercising for each pound of body fat that you wish to lose) and GAINING MUSCLE MASS to get in shape and get stronger, toner and thinner…those should be your goals, combined with a healthy diet, healthy enough to cover your BMR and curb your hunger (so you do not send your metabolism down the drain).
But you could be lucky and buy cheap pills over the internet so you would most likely end up with knock off Chinese sugar pills. Any effect they’d have, besides depleting your wallet, buying expensive pinches of sugar, would be the placebo effect (never underestimate the power of your own brain).
If you have “a lot of muscles because you’re so involved in sports, but summer slipped around and you gained some weight”…be aware that muscle mass is a “use it or lose it system” as your body adapts to your needs. If you’re active and muscular, your body is a mean, thin fat burning machine on a 24/7 basis so you can pretty much eat whatever you want and you need a lot of calories. As soon as you stop exercising, your body will recycle your muscle mass into body fat to save you the trouble of having to eat more to maintain it as muscle mass is high maintenance (35 to 50 calories a day per pound, without counting the exercising to use it and not lose it). Unused muscle mass recycled into body fat will take 3 times more space (body fat has a lot of air molecules…you float better in a pool) so you gain inches in body measurements, go up a dress size and get fatter, weaker, flabbier…and you’ll get even fatter if you keep eating the same diet while not having so much muscle mass to maintain.
Sometimes, you don’t really “gain some weight” but just get fatter recycling your muscle mass into body fat (use a tape measure on a monthly basis). Unless you’re gaining your recommended 3 to 5 pounds of LBM (Lean Body Mass) a year if you’re a growing teenager.
