I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace .com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
I've heard good things about Alli. A friend of mine from work swears by it as she's lost over 60 pounds in the past year on it. She said her mom and sister have also had great results from it. I know my friend exercises every day and has changed her eating habits. But she said the Alli really helped with cutting her appetite. And there's no side effects.
It says right on the fine print in the commercials that the average person lost about 5 pounds over the course of 3 months. You could do so much better than that by just exercising for like 20 minutes a day.
Egad man, paragraphs! paragraphs! LOL
ok, so it's possibly a puffy-ness that's happening, maybe not fat? You can find out real quick by simply going on a one day fast. Here's how: The day or days before the fast: get some Sonne's #9 or whatever psyllium husk powder you like, AND Miralax, and do not I repeat do not use too much of either. Simply mix 1 tsp Sonne's, and one serving Miralax into 1 cup fluid (my choice is 1/2 and 1/2 water/OJ. You can add some powdered vitamin C if you've got some, it improves the flavor and is all good.
Now wait for it to get out. If you drank in the morning, probably by evening, it's gone, and you can start your fast tomorrow. Eat nothing, drink water. If you drink anything other than water with a tinge of lemon juice you're cheating. The purpose is to lose the water weight. A sudden loss of calories will cause you to lose water FAST. You can force your body to lose water SLOW by using Pamabrom (diurex) but you've gotta take it a few times in a row and over a couple days to see a diff... your choice.
In the morning as you begin fasting, take pictures of problem areas, and especially your ankles. Repeat when you are finished the fast. Remember to take pictures in the same location in the same light conditions. You may want to do it in the bathroom where the light can be controlled. This is so you can objectively see the difference if there is any.
Now this is the hard part... if you're fasting... GO TO BED HUNGRY. drink all the water you want, and you'll have a headache by this point, so maybe take a warm bath, but go to bed without eating, and in the morning you'll have lost a lot of water by then.
That's the fastest way to lose water, and be able to tell if i's water or fat.
Now... don't do it again. It's not worth it just to look "cut." Let's say it's water. It only means you've been eating too much of something that upsets your tummy. It's easy to do that. One chinese meal that's a little off and you've got funky flora making your body hold on to water.
Funky intestinal flora are fought with yogurt and kefir. Kefir is the big gun. If you like yogurt, then try plain kefir, one cup, once or twice a day, it will set your tummy right. Flavored is ok, but it has sugar, which is food for yeast. So look around carefully at the fake sugar aisle in the store and find the little sweetener pills that have honestly no calories and mix them with a little water, and mix with kefir to improve the taste while starving the yeast. Kefir is in the dairy aisle of most supermarkets now. It's a drinkable yogurt.
If it is fat, then make sure you're not eating 2000 calories. Even you don't need that. Cut down to 1800, or 1700, and look at the sweets and carbs again and again. Add chromium picolinate at the 500 mcg or 1000 levels to stop the sweet/carb tooth. Also look up equestrian panniculitis on google to get an idea of what new use you could put ice packs to... hehehe Those CryoMax packs aren't just for sports fatigue.
Well that aughta get you started. Good luck..***:D
the lipodrene pills do work. they don't have actual ephedra in it though. it has the mua-huang which is the chinese root equivalent of ephedra. the yellow jackets work really well. i lift with a guy who takes them and he loves them. personally, i would get clenbuterol. it's illegal in the US and can only be purchased online. i've taken it, and it works real well. the best "diet" pill i've tried.
go to saleclenbuterol.com if you are really interested in the clen. and for the biography of it..head to steroid.com and click on profiles. then find the clen.
**ALSO...CLENBBUTEROL IS NOT A STEROID. IT IS USED FOR PEOPLE WITH ASTHMA BUT HAS A CUTTING EFFECT IF YOU TAKE IT WITH A GOOD DIET AND GOOD EXERCISE ROUTINE**
i used xience xfb am. its pretty similar.
its a caffeine based pill so it raises your heart rate, makes u jittery and makes u sweat sitting still and alot when u excercise. youll lose like 30 -40 lbs a month and regain most of it when u run out of pills because its all water weight. it did help me lose a net of 5 lbs in a month but that was with a slight excercise routine change and a huge diet change.
if you are looking to look cut and are already skinny this stuff is great. if youre looking to lose fat itll speed it up a little but really diet change and excercise are the best ways to permamnently lose weight not pills.
out of all the caffeine based pills xyeince felt the best in terms of working, not making me jittery and not making my stomach burn (some pills have cayenne pepper or other ingredients that do)
phentermine, Im on it now. But i only recommend it for those who are obese, plus your doctor wont give it to you if your not. You have to have no heart or lung problems too because it can give you palpations. You have to eat right and exercise of course. I have been on it for 2 weeks and I lost 10 pounds last week and another 5 this week.
Um i don't think its healthy for a teenager to take those types of pills :/ It may affect her period and affect give her heart and liver problems when shes older if she doesn't take the correct dosage or correct type of pill :/ Better for to not to do it at all and just do it the natural and healthy way :)
^nothing wrong with dieting at all, its nt dangerous
alli can be a very effective weight loss pill, however it has some side effects that im not ok with it. these are loose stools, uncontrollable stools, and sometimes anal seapage. I think its kinda gross, but obviously not everybody gets the side effects, other than that its supposed to be very effective and help u lose 2-3 lbs a week.
i would recommend taking hydroxycut max, its supposed to work well, especially for women, and it doesnt come with gross side effects, other than that keep up with your diet and start exercising a bit, and you'll be slimmed down for your wedding!
hope i helped and
My input is that young men and women from teens to the age of 30 are the target market and primary victims of diet pill fraud and scams.
