It usually does'nt unless your iron supplement makes you sick. Anemia makes you really tired and weak. I've actually gained weight.
I wouldn't use protein powder or any supplements for that matter. You are much better off eating whole foods that provide a wide array of nutrients. Supplements are not regulated by the FDA, or any other agency for that matter. So you really have no idea what you're buying. Good lean protein sources include eggs, chicken breast, turkey, salmon, and milk. THERE ARE NO PROVEN BENEFITS OF PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS. If any one has links to peer reviewed studies that show otherwise I would love to see them. The NSCA recommends 1.5 to 2.0 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight daily for athletes.
no dont take those,,its caffinee bascally...drink 64 oz of water..put in 0 cal drink mix packages for taste..that will help shed water weight
Losing 10 lbs a month is a good and safe target. Any faster weight loss is likely to be temporary only and in most cases you regain it all.
Running, jogging, cycling, swimming, dancing, push ups, sit ups, squats, brisk walking and power walking all help for weight loss but dieting helps more.
You can always eat negative calorie foods for weight loss and below is a list of negative calorie foods that will boost your metabolism.
Negative Calorie Fruits:
Negative Calorie Vegetables:
Chile peppers (hot)
These foods don't actually have negative calories but when you eat these foods raw or slightly cooked your body burns more calories digesting and processing them than what is in the food itself.
For a healthy weight loss add some of these foods to your diet each day. Most of them are full of healthy nutrients.

Actually studies have shown that creatine is safe for athletes; it increases your ATP levels (energy) so you can take on larger training sessions. If you are under 18 I wouldn't recommend it, or are not training hard there is no point of creatine so it can make the user gain weight as it also is a volumizer (stores water). If you are looking for the safest, Whey Protein is good but Glutamine is commonly used in hospitals. Glutamine is a natural amino acid in the body which helps recovery and boosts the immune system, so if you are not trying to gain weight but just to tone your body you can use Glutamine to help push your body further with minimal risk. I get mine from http://techplatesdirect.com - they just sent a newsletter offering 15% off with the coupon code "Angela". Good luck!
Exercising, living and eating healthy will do more than a single pill will.
Weight loss pills really don't work that great. They all say you need to diet and exercise while taking them to lose weight. Well if you diet and exercise without taking them you'll lose weight. It's all a money making scheme. Just diet, exercise and drink ALOT of water. Water is the #1 key to weight loss while your dieting.
I would say since you are 13, I do not recommend you to take any form of diet pills.
However, I would advise you to eat healthily instead for a start.
Why not eating a good breakfast, then a light lunch and moderate lunch?

Two slices of wholemeal bread with sugar free jam/cream cheese (moderate)
(carbohydrate to last you)

I am telling you please listen to me, go on HSN.com and type in "andrew lessman acai berry" in the search field. This guy makes the best vitamins on a solar plant by sitting under the sun. He also has a description on the page and if you did not know, acai berry is known for weight loss and is totally natural and all the testimonials support that in the HSN.com reviews, also on the same page for that acai berry link. I copied and pasted it below.
That actually just happened to my best friend's sister. I don't know how you guys delivered those babies! :)
Anyway, you really should get that checked out tho. You have to think, bowel movements help get rid of toxins and waste. If you're not having them regularly, it becomes backed up in your body. It's not healthy. Crystal, (best friends sister) got some medicine, but her Doctor actually told her to drink beer! On top of getting Psylium Husks pills. So maybe try that. Also try to incorporate lots of fruits and veggies in your diet.
Hope you feel better!
