I've tried just about every diet pill under the sun, and I can tell you that the only things I've ever had success with were natural supplements like acai berry. I tried a lot of the products like Hydroxycut, but they only made me dizzy and nauseous, not skinny! :) lol
I'd recommend you check out things like acai berry or colon cleanse products that help to boost energy levels and speed up metabolism naturally. Add them to a strictly healthy diet and a lot of exercise, and you should start to see results pretty quickly. Remember - there are no miracle pills, so if you want to lose weight, you can't just sit around on your butt all day eating pizza!
Anyways, let me know if you have any other questions. I'd be happy to talk to you about the plan that worked for me.
Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com
Good luck and stay focused = )
its never a good idea to take diet pills if your under age. even if they say its 100% natural it never is. i did hydroxy cut to loose weight when i was your age nearly killed me... if u need energy eat protein bars, fruits high in vit c and potassium and energy drinks that are safe for your age. take care hope this helps
Ah no no no!! Please don't take diet pills. I know you may want to lose weight fast but diet pills are never the way to go. They aren't full proof and there can be many side effects.
I know you might not want to hear this but really eating right is the best way to go. You say you're watching what you eat and you're jogging a lot which is great by itself. Trust me the longer it takes to lose pounds, the longer it will stay off.
And a tip , don't go on any diets like the atkins or slim fast because yes people may say they lose weight but most gain it back because those diets aren't how a body should be dieting.
Simply watch your calories, stay away from trans fat and too much saturated fat because those are the worst for you. Unsaturtated fat and polyunsaturated fat is better.
Also if you're used to eating chocolate, don't completely take that out of your diet because you'll just crave it and probably binge on it. So allow yourself a little piece a day or every other day. Moderation is key. Also watch out for sugar in the nutrition facts because if we consume too much sugar, our bodies will store it as fat and we don't want that.
But like you said your exercising a lot and eating right, I'm telling you, you should first see results in two weeks to a month. Don't be discouraged if it's taking a long time. Slowly but surely you'll get there if you stick to it. Plus the scale may not say what you think it should because remember when you exercise, you will gain muscle and muscle adds to pounds. But you want to have muscle rather than fat. Muscle burns more calories at rest than anything else. So that may help be a motivation for you.
Hope this helps!
Diet pills = no good.
i used to be 285 lbs. I went down to 150 lbs. I did it the wrong way and lost 100 lbs in 3-4 months then over the next 5 months I gradually lost 35 lbs.
I did this by starving myself and not eating anything as well as working my *** off. I kept my protein by eating steamed bean sprouts and drinking tons of water. I went from being a lardo that ate fast food for every meal to that skinny because i got a warped view on how you should eat. 3 years later...I am finally understanding the right way to eat and give your body nutrients. I have gained a good 15-20 pounds and I am happy with my lifestyle but docs say I may have damaged my organs from starving them from nutrition.
These pills starve you from nutrition and push water out your body as well as vitamins. Cut out your starches sugars and drop the soda, lower your calorie intake by 250 every 2 weeks.. Dedicate yourself if you want to lose weight.
Work out as well and intake protein too.. You might not lose weight as fast if you are working out and intaking protein powder. You will see your weight loss slow down but your body shape change...
You are going to gain weight if you
First off the diet supplements won't and don't do anything.
Second, a healthy diet is the ONLY way to lose weight properly and permanently.
Third, a healthy diet aids all body functions including complexion. Regardless of all the claims very few of the products out there counteract the effects of hormones on your complexion.
80% of weight loss is diet.
You can eat a healthy diet and lose weight.
You can eat a healthy diet and exercise and lose more weight.
You can exercise and eat a poor diet and not lose and even gain weight.
A good healthy diet high in fiber, lean meats, eggs, complex carbohydrates, whole grains, antioxidant foods, healthy beverages and low in added sugar and salt help people lose weight, lower cholesterol, increase energy, improve brain function, lower blood pressure, reduce cancer risk and have a more positive lifestyle!
You need to eat a lot more food and a lot more fiber!
Diets that exclude foods from any food group are fad diets and do not lead to permanent weight loss or solve any other health issues.
First, try to kick your fiber intake to 40 grams of both soluble and insoluble fiber.
Whatever you do, get your fiber from your food, not from a jar.
Fruits and vegetables have good fiber in them. A high fiber diet increases the metabolism.
Try a breakfast cereal with at least 20% of recommended daily allowance of fiber in it. They are usually low in sugar so there is a double benefit. Blueberries or raspberries on top add more fiber and antioxidants. But fresh or frozen, not the kind in syrup. Oatmeal with berries or a bit of fresh honey is also good.
Raw nuts are a great source of fiber, healthy fats, and antioxidants. Avocados are the best.
Lots of beans, peas, and grains are high fiber. Whole grain breads. Fiber kicks up the metabolism so you actually burn more calories. These foods will give you more gas in the beginning but if eaten daily, the bacteria in the digestive tract will elevate lowering the gas output.
This will get you on the path for a healthy daily bowel movement. This helps clean the system and aids healthy digestion. A high fiber diet reduces transit time - the amount of time it takes food from when it is eaten to when it is expelled. This reduces toxicity in the system both from internally produced, ingested, and external toxins.
I know it goes against everything you've heard or read but eating lots of the right foods will actually help you lose weight!
Next, take an age appropriate basic daily multivitamin. Don't look at your multivitamin as nutrition but more as an insurance policy. Think of it as filling in the gaps in your daily diet as opposed to a primary source of nutrients.
You have to drink lots of water to be healthy. But you can disguise it. Fill your glass all the way full with ice before pouring low sugar beverages. Try iced green tea with a splash of orange juice in it for sweet. More antioxidants. Add lemon juice to water for flavor. Slice up a cucumber and float it in pitcher of water. Gives it salty fresh taste. But you must drink up to 100 oz of water daily to help your body get rid of waste and the natural toxins.
Last, you need to get 8-9 hours of quality sleep depending on your age. All recent sleep studies report a connection between poor sleep patterns and weight gain. This includes going to bed as close to the same time every night including weekends. Most of us stay up late Friday and Saturday night and it throws us off.
You must combine a healthy diet with exercise to multiply the benefit. Whether an hour a day in the weight room or just a 30 minute brisk walk every day, the added benefit of a regular exercise program really do increase and accelerate healthy weight loss.
I lost 30 pounds in 5 months by spending my money at the grocery and gym and have kept it off for over two years. Less than 3% of people that attempt weight loss lose it and keep it off for two years. It is not easy. It is a lifestyle change.
Good luck and good health.
There are more tips and info.
1. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure.
2. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program.
3. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily.
4. Don't weigh yourself more than once a week
5. Take starting measurements as well as weight - sometimes you'll lose inches before pounds
6. Avoid any type of "low carb" sweetener for the first two weeks
7. Don't compare your loss to someone else's - this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary)
8. Stalls are common around the third week so don't panic
9. If you follow your plan to the T and don't lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese, mushrooms and any other fermented food
10. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison
11. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts - make sure your doctor knows that you're doing low carb and when you started
12. Don't blame the diet if you don't read your plan book -- blame the diet if you don't read the labels -- Don't blame the diet if you don't follow the diet
Good Luck and Take care :-)

I have done the cabbage soup diet and it was successful for me, however after I stopped the cabbage soup, I gained weight back almost immediately, even though I was still eating healthily and exercising. You really shouldn't eat the cabbage soup for longer than a week at a time. It's a catabolic food, so you're burning more calories than you're taking in. Doing it any longer than a week could be more harmful than helpful. Also, be prepared to feel hungrier more often. You should plan to add a couple of small snacks throughout the day, or plan to eat more soup. Other than that, it sounds pretty good. Good luck!
Both are unapproved and are not regulated by any medical, dietary, or regulatory organization.
The cleanse will empty your digestive tract if it really contains any effective ingredients. Most contain psyllium husk that you can buy a whole quart jar of for around $10.
Ace is just another unapproved diet pill.
