you should stretch properly everyday for 15 minutes. - it tones and strengthens your body and helps get you fit.
take a multi vitamin and a fish oil capsule. they help you get the right nutrition so your body loses fat easier. therefore you get more fit and quicker.
if you have cravings.. you can eat a little bit of DARK chocolate occasionally since it has antioxidants in it which helps with weight loss. (normal, almond, fruit and nut, hazel nut.) almond is best though. But try to resist it. only once a week you should treat yourself.

Yes fiber pills are good for you, but you could also eat fiber rich foods like * whole-grain breads and cereals
* green peas
* legumes (dried beans, split peas, lentils, etc.)
Also there are yogurts like activia to help get your digestive track back in order i love them they taste great and work! It wont make you moody or anything fiber is natural and we all need it hense if we are missing fiber in our diets we wont poop as much. If your not pooping you maybe holding in some weight since your body is not releasing waste, and the weighed down feeling is natural too due to that. I would also suggest eating 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going and they will help with things as well, all water is great!! Water is the best thing for your body coke does nothing for you but fill your body with carbs and sugar so bad, water will also help rid of excess waste in the body :]
Good luck and stick with fiber rich foods more so than a pill, pills help but arent a magic fix!
