An One Try Phenatrim For Weight Loss?
I Wanted To Try Phenatrim , I Need To Lose About 100 Pounds And I Know It Won'T Make It Fall Off But Will It Help? I'Ve Tried Eating Right And Exercising. And Nothing Seems To Work!!!!
I've never tried it but can tell you this, NO. It won't work. Since nobody will put Ephedrine in stuff anymore even with the ban lifted anything you buy will be crap. All diet pills these days do is overload you on caffeine and use a thermogenic so you feel hot and sweat a lot. But typically produce little to know results. If your overweight to the point where you need to loose 100lbs you are almost guaranteed to have an insulin resistance problem. Also, those pills will most likely be very dangerous for you at your weight.
Check the symptoms if insulin resistance and see if you fit.
Crave starchy or sugary foods?
Not really hungry when you start eating, but after you start you can't seem to stop eating?
Very tired after eating?
Low energy level most of the time?
Do caffeine have any energy effect on you?
I had an insulin resistance problem and now doing the Atkins diet, as it removes starches and processed sugars from your diet which balances your blood sugar and insulin levels. Weight coming off very quickly now (with exercise of course). But the book and do the diet.

Question About Stuff At Gnc?
Whats The Best Kind Of Whey Protein You Can Buy There? Like The One That Absorbs Best, Has Most Anabolic'S Or Whatever ... Just All In All The Best One You Can Buy There? I Currently Take Musclemeds Carnivor Liquid Beef Protein (Similar To Whey). Is There Anything Better Or Should I Stick With What I Use.
And Also - Can You Still Get The 50% Off Deal On Two Things If You Add The Gnc Gold Card To It, Or Does Only One Offer Work At A Time? Because I Wanna Buy My 2Nd Cycle Of Prime, And If I Buy Some Whey Protein Along With It, Is It Better To Buy 1 Get One 50% Off, Or Just Use The Gnc Gold Card And Save Money On Both.. Or Can You Do Both Deals At Once?
If Olympic athletes don't take supplements, why should you? If we did not evolve as a species needing supplements, why should you? GNC stores are a ripoff peddling unregulated supplements to people who buy into trends without doing their homework and learning how the human body works. Everyone wants an easy way to get big or cut and there is no easy way.
You only need about 60-80 grams of protein (about the amount in two KYC chicken breasts) per day and you sure as hell don't need whey. That's a pop meme...a junk fad. For any normal healthy adult with no special dietary considerations, protein shakes and supplements are a bad idea. Here’s why.
The idea that protein shakes or any protein supplements will help build muscle (“bulk up”) is a bad one. The body provides the protein required for building muscle by making in on demand, when it needs it. All you have to do is eat a balanced diet (including meat, eggs, and milk if possible) and you will get the essential amino acids (protein building blocks) the body needs to build muscle. Drinking a protein shake in addition to a balanced diet will only cost money, add unneeded calories to your diet, be wasted through excretion, and not do as much to suppress your appetite as a nutritious snack.
A shake does not require the chewing which helps produce saliva and create the digestive environment your body needs to give you the satisfaction of eating real food. Humans evolved eating solid food not liquid food. So, drinking a shake on a regular basis for health does not exercise the gastro-intestinal tract as well as eating solid food (nature’s way) and therefor is not as healthful as eating a snack. In other words, it’s better to eat nothing and pass on the extra calories you’re adding to your diet so you can eat a regular meal or snack when your body needs it.
When working out to build muscle, you must break down muscle tissue which will be replaced later to create a stronger muscle. The replacement takes place over the 2-4 day recovery period which follows the workout. That is when the new muscle tissue is added and the protein is needed. Because the body does not store excess protein as it does fats and sugars, drinking a protein shake before or after a workout makes no sense as that is NOT when your body needs it. And, that is just one more reason why dumping protein into your system in one big shake makes no sense whatsoever. The best way to get your RDA of protein is through a normal, balanced diet of nutritious foods, not shakes, preferable in 4-6 small meals each day.
Google “protein shake” and you’ll see myriad commercial product and recipe websites all trying to keep the myth of the protein shake alive. Most of these are simply people trying to get your money or unwittingly trying to help you because they don’t know any better. If you want the truth about protein shakes and supplements, forget all the junk info on the internet and go to the people who have nothing to gain and know the most…the NIH. The National Institute for Health is the US government’s effort to promote good information for your health. Get to know nih.gov well. Make it your first stop for all nonemergency health issues.
Here’s a white paper you can read which debunks the myth of the protein shake. Note the following excerpt: “At present there is no evidence to suggest that supplements are required for optimal muscle growth or strength gain.”
Here is info about supplements in general.
Here is general info about protein.
What Is The Best Working Diet Pill To Lose Weight Fast.?
Every Diet Pill Says That It Works. Which Is Best Working And Proven To Help Lose Wieght Fast?
Sorry - none of them actually works. The stuff they sell in the store is just the same stuff that's in anti-histamine pills. They screw up your stomach rhythm a little and make you feel less hungry - and they work great for about 2 days - and then your body gets used to them and you want to eat everything in sight.
Check out the Atkins diet - you can get his book used really cheap off of Amazon - "New Diet Revolution". It's a good, sensible diet, and people lose weight really well.
Biotin Pills- Questions.?
I'M Thinking I Want To Take These For My Skin,Nails, And Hair. How Do These Pills Help The Skin? And Do These Pills Make Someone To Gain Weight?
Thank You, God Bless.
I take them. I don't know exactly how they help, but I can assure you they do! My hair is super shiny and my nails are very strong now. I haven't noticed any weight gain with it. I have never heard of it causing weight gain.
I'M Not Even Sure Where To Start, I'Ll Take Any Help I Can Get!?
I'M Fifteen Years Old And Have Never Been Active In My Life. I'Ve Always Been Really Self Concious And I'M Just So Sick Of It. So I'Ve Decided It'S Definitely Time To Do Something About It, As I Want To Start Eleventh Grade Looking Great. My Goal Is To Lose About Fifteen Pounds By August And Keep It Off. I Really Have No Idea How To Do This!
I Do Have A Treadmill, A Bike, And Plenty Of Time. My Dad Also Has Some P90x Dvd If Anyone Has Ever Heard Of That? And There May Be A Couple Of Pilates Dvds Lying Around Here Somewhere. So I Feel Like I Have The Stuff To Do This, But I Don'T Know Which Stuff I Should Be Using And How Often.
Diet Wise We Do Keep Some Relatively Okay Stuff In The House As My Dad Is Over-Weight And Has Diabetes, But I'M A Very Picky Eater. I'M Considering The Special K Diet, But I'M Afraid I Would Just Gain The Weight Back. Can Anyone Offer Me Any Insight On That?
My Aunt Offered To Buy Me Green Tea Slim Pills, Also.
So Basically If Anyone Could Just Give Me An Idea Of How To Start, Or Answer Any Of My Questions, I Would Appreciate It So Much!
as far as workouts go, you definitely have everything you need. i'd say start slow, with just an easy walk on the treadmill, probably somewhere around 3.5 mph. gradually increase your speed up to a moderate jog, around 5.5 mph and stay like that for about 10 minutes. then do one of the pilates dvds. then back on the treadmill for another 20 minutes. it would also be good to go to walmart or something and buy some cheap hand weights, somewhere between 5 and 10 pounds. and get the book "toning for teens". i found it at my library, so if you dont want to buy it, thats fine. but anyway. do one of the workouts in the book each day, but never the same one 2 days in a row. this way your muscles will have time to rest and repair themselves. altogether, this workout will take, depending on the length of the pilates dvd, around an hour and a half, which isnt bad at all.
as for food. stock up on fresh fruits and vegetables. get your 5 servings a day, and not just for the vitamins. most fruits and vegetables are known as "negative calorie foods" which means they burn more calories in digestion than they contain. so basically, eating these foods burns off calories while still filling you up. also, be sure to get a lot of low calorie protein (lean chicken, fish, or if you're vegetarian like me, try boca burgers or nuts). protein will keep you feeling full longer and will keep you from over-eating and gaining weight. finally, drink water!! take your weight, divide it by 2, and thats the number of ounces of water you should be drinking each day. water will keep you feeling full, as well as flush out toxins from your body helping you lose weight even faster.
i wouldn't really recommend the special k diet. like yeah, obviously if you only eat cereal for 2 meals a day you're going to lose weight. but replacing 2 meals with a 100-calorie bowl of cereal will probably result in your body going into "starvation mode" which will slow down your metabolism and make it even harder to lose weight. just stick to the diet above and you should be fine.
also, diet pills aren't healthy for anyone. especially not 15 year olds. a lot of diet pills say right on the bottle that they're for people 18 and over ONLY. so yeah. really, if you eat enough fruit and veggies and stuff you'll be fine. you could drink some actual green tea if you want and that will help...just dont take the pills. crystal light green tea is really good, so yeah i say go get some of that and drink a bottle a day.
so yeah, i have the link for the book down below...good luck and i know exactly how you're feeling. i'm going into 11th grade in the fall too and i'm trying to lose weight before school starts.
you are loved.
What Is A Very Good Fat Burner Diet Pill For Quick Weight Loss?

I Was Wanting A Good Fat Burner That Can Be Gotten At Walmart / Walgreens Something Like That, Or If They Have Nothing Really Good At Them Place What Is A Good One And Where Can I Buy It At Somebody, Please Help.
this is what bodybuilders use to cut fat:
take 1 bronkaid (asthma medicine w/ 25mg ephedrine), 1 200mg caffeine pill. it's called an eca stack (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin but you dont really need the aspirin). i got both at cvs. it works really well when you cycle them 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off (taking benadryl on the off weeks can "reset" the receptors more quickly). diet pills in stores are useless.
How Effective Is Green Tea As A Weight Loss Aid?
I'm Doing Some Research On Diets And Diet Aids. So, People Who Have Tried It: How Did It Work For You/What Did It Do To You? How Much Weight Did You Lose?

Which Nitrous Oxide Workout Supplement Should I Take?
Im 16, 5'9 Weighing 155-165. Currently Im Taking The Gnc Brand Creatine Monohydrate But Im Looking To Start Something Else. I Heard About Nitrous Oxide And Im Interested So Which Brand Should I Get Thats Powder Form And Not That Expensive?
You are wasting you money and risking your health. Supplements are not approved by the FDA, are not recommended by the US National Institute of Health, do not require any testing, are often contaminated, may not even be what the label says, usually contain cheap ingredients, are often over priced scams, have been known to be dangerous, and can have numerous adverse or unwanted side effects.
Dietary supplements do not have to conform to the stringent standards applied to pharmaceuticals or food products by the US FDA. The result of this absence of oversight has been a scammer's dream and the scammers have made the most of it. A huge and powerful supplement industry has grown up around this lack of government oversight which was designed to give people the freedom to explore homeopathic, naturopathic, and alternative remedies. That was the purpose of the 1994 DSHEA. Details are here --> http://www.fda.gov/food/dietarysupplemen...
Here's how the scammers work. They flood the internet with ads, bogus reviews, fake articles, fraudulent scientific white papers, phony blogs, scam articles, and even scam stories designed to expose the competition while promoting their products as the only "real" supplement that works. Their strategy is to drown out the truth and dominate the search engines so no matter where you look on the web you'll find only good things about their products.
Watch this investigative report from CBS News to see how one scammer works. --> http://www.cbsnews.com/video/watch/?id=5... (you'll have to sit through a quick commercial message first).
Scammers target the young and credulous demographic because they know they can sway them with greater ease than the older, wiser buying public. But, there are some easy questions you can answer using simple logic to be able to qualify a scammer as suspect. Here are some examples.
• If there was an easy way to do hard things like burn fat or build muscle, why doesn't the whole world know about it? How could that be kept secret when that's what so many people desire?
• If there were supplements that could help burn fat or build muscle, why haven't the huge and powerful pharmaceutical companies taken them over? Why let the scammers like GNC and Weider continue to make $millions off the public when they have a much greater capacity for providing such products?
• If there was a supplement that helped people shed pounds, why doesn't your doctor know about it? If you're overweight, why doesn't your physician just give you the pill or recommend the acai or HCG diet or whatever? Why are physicians always telling the same story about obesity and how to cope with it?
• Why do people pay big bucks to have liposuction or stomach stapling if supplements could really help them to lose fat?
• If protein supplements, creatine, nitrous oxide, etc. really helped build lean muscle mass, why don't Olympic athletes use them? Why don't they feed them to our military personnel in boot camp or billets around the world? Why are they not used in every police department or correctional institution around the US? Why don't the scammers tell you their success stories? You will never see an endorsement of a supplement from the military. You will, however, find many military articles warning their people away from such trickery. Here's one example --> http://military-fitness.military.com/201...
There is only one good answer to all of these questions. Most of the supplements which are supposed to make you lose fat, add muscle, grow taller, kill appetite, gain weight, bulk up, get ripped, etc. just don't work. It's really that simple.
Check out this list of over 60 dangerous supplements products sold with bogus advertising claims which scam-site bodybuilding.com was forced to recall and take off the market --> http://www.usrecallnews.com/2009/11/bodybuilding-com-supplements-recalled-may-contain-steroids.html . Does the human race really need 60 supplements just for muscle building and thousands of other supplements for other things? Can 100,000 years of evolution and eating food really be that wrong?
When surfing the web for supplements, be skeptical, use critical thinking, and always validate your information before believing it to be true. The golden rule for intelligent consumerism is still...
If it sounds too good to be true, it's probably a scam.
