Diet pills do not give you cancer. They can make you feel sick if you don't drink enough water or eat properly. Some diet pills can also raise a person's blood pressure which can lead to many problems with the heart.
is it safe well the majority of protein powders are just refined milk (mainly the stuff they normally throw out when making cheese) so yes unless you have a dairy allergy then it varies, is it effective however is another question well you'd get the exact same results from eating more and would likely be more cost effective. Go to a nutritionist or even your GP and get tested for gluten allergies as that seems to cause people to be underweight.
Also if you're going to buy protein powder just buy the cheapest stuff they're literally all the same with a slight variation in protien conc but you should be easily able to find 80% conc protein at under £50 for 5kg also note any marketed as fortified with creatine or other supplements never have a sufficient amount to be effective.
I have been using Stack Body Tune Up since July 15, 2006 and have lost 33.5 pounds. It has a protein ice cream drink, citrus boosters, and supplements.
So, in a sense, yes they do when used in conjunction with other products.
If you need further assistance, please let me know.
Diet pills contain caffeine and can increase your heart rate. There is no "safe" diet pill.
Keep drinking your water and eat almonds or other protein based snacks to curb your appetite. You won't gain fat and your body will turn the snacks into energy.
All the diet pills I have taken have stopped me from sleeping and made me loopy. I may have lost a little weight, but I was so out of it I didn't look good and I didn't enjoy it.
Best of luck!
Black ice diet pills contain Ephedra and if you haven't herd yet Ephedra is both banned and bad for you.
If you want something like Ephedra but is not bad for you check out Cha de Bugre, it is a new weight loss supplement that is growing in popularity and is similar to Ma Huang (Ephedrine) without any of the bad effects. Cha de Bugre is from Brazil and has been used there safely for centuries. Cha de Bugre provides energy, fat burning and appetite suppression that benefit weight loss. Cha de Bugre also has additional uses that are known in Brazil that include being used as a mild diuretic, a cellulite reducer, aides in reducing herpes simplex outbreaks and a heart tonic. You can find more about it at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/cha_d...
Also Hoodia Gordonii is all natural and has no side effects. Hoodia Gordonii is a natural appetite suppressant derived from a South African cactus that the bushmen have eaten there for thousands of years. You need to make sure you get a strong pure hoodia that is certified to be genuine. Check out Totalink's unbiased Hoodia comparison at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/hoodi... in the "Confidence" column it will indicate if the brand is "Certified". These Hoodia brands have the credentials to back up their product. Also in that column it will indicate if the brand is "Returnable". These Hoodia brands allow you to return opened bottles and get your money back. I think this indicates that a company has confidence in their product that it works.
Keep in mind that Hoodia Gordonii alone provides appetite suppression but not fat burning. Cha de Bugre is a fat burner (like Ephedra) but not as good as hoodia with appetite suppression. There are also brands that mix Cha de Bugre with Hoodia Gordonii and other weight loss herbs like Green Tea that can increase both fat burning and appetite suppression.
I have written a lot of articles on Hoodia. Just search Yahoo or Google under my name “Andrew Aitaken” to find them.
Remember, you should always consult your physician before taking any diet pill or weight loss supplement.

Losing 10 lbs a month is a good and safe target. Any faster weight loss is likely to be temporary only and in most cases you regain it all.
Running, jogging, cycling, swimming, dancing, push ups, sit ups, squats, brisk walking and power walking all help for weight loss but dieting helps more.
You can always eat negative calorie foods for weight loss and below is a list of negative calorie foods that will boost your metabolism.
Negative Calorie Fruits:
Negative Calorie Vegetables:
Chile peppers (hot)
These foods don't actually have negative calories but when you eat these foods raw or slightly cooked your body burns more calories digesting and processing them than what is in the food itself.
For a healthy weight loss add some of these foods to your diet each day. Most of them are full of healthy nutrients.
