I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://diet4cleansing.com
Yes u can take it, but u are young so dont take more than one a day. The pill wont let u gain weight. Remember to drink lots of water with it, it will help with growing ur hair also. Brush ur hair a lot but not rough and dont wash it too much or brush while it is wet. Hope my answer helped and good luck with the growing :)
I was asking myself the same question and I actually came up with a GREAT answer for once- caralluma extract. It's not a stimulant or a pharmaceutical. It's not harmful in any way and is natural. It's from a cactus and Indians have used it for hundreds (maybe thousands) of years. The studies that were done on it were awesome! People that I've talked to who have used it have felt way less hungry, plus have more energy AND even feel less depressed! I know it sounds too good to be true but I seriously have looked for a downside and have not yet found one. The products it is in are called Genaslim and Slimaluna. The Genaslim has caffeine, though, so I don't recommend that because caffeine rebound is not a nice thing and you also develop tolerance to that. The only reason that I haven't yet bought any is because I'm broke for another 2 weeks! I read a few message boards where people were absolutely RAVING about this stuff.
Good for your cat! Don't feed that crap
Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure
I don't think you need all this cause it is early but just in case
If your cat is not in final stages, this is not want you want to do. You do not want to put your cat on the
Vets low protein diet. There are simply so many better options out there than to hand the poor cat a low amount of poor quality protein - which often results in a poor appetite and muscle wasting since the body is now robbing its own muscle mass to feed itself a decent quality and amount of protein.
. There are new thoughts on this and the thinking is it is not the amount of protein but the quality of protein that matters.
The Merck veterinary manual [www.merckvetmanual.com] says that cats need "4 g of protein of high biologic value per kg body wt/day". That's about 7 calories from protein per pound body weight per day. If a cat isn't a good eater and consumes, say, 20 calories per pound per day, then 7/20 = 35% of calories can safely be from protein. It must be high quality protein, which means meat, fish, milk, and eggs, and not grain or soy.
I am under the assumption that you have been feeding mostly dry foods. Many use a vegetable based protein instead of animal and that is part of the problem.. Your cat needs protein as it is a carnivore and cutting down on it will lead to other health issues and may cause faster degeneration.
You want to cut down on phosphorous (no fish allowed now)
The best way to do this is with a raw diet which you can make yourself or buy. (Making yourself is better) link provided at the bottom
If you are unwilling to do that then something like the non fish flavors of Wellness or Merrick with NO grains are good alternatives. Wysong is also a good canned choice. This list gives a breakdown. Remember you want low phosphorous
You should be giving sub-Q fluids as needed.
You also will want to look into phosphorous binders. Something like aluminum hydroxide
Ask your vet or look into calcitrol
You may want to talk to the vet about having injectable Pepcid AC on hand or you can buy it in pill form (ac not plain pepcid) and give 1/4 tab for stomach upset which happens a lot in crf cats due to acid in the stomach.
I hope this stuff helps, here are many links for you

About that vets diet. This report is for dogs but applies to cats
There is no magic weight-loss pill, supplement, fad diet, or juice. The ONLY way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. Brad Pitt didn’t get cut for Fight Club by drinking green tea, and you won’t either.
Walk for 30 minutes every day including weekends, Mondays, and Fridays. Do at least 30 minutes of weight training each week. Do 60 minutes of additional, higher intensity cardio each week. You don’t need additional equipment—infomercial products like the Ab Lounger, Sauna Belt, etc. are all worthless so don’t waste your money.
Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Your primary source of sustenance should be grilled boneless skinless chicken breasts and canned tuna (in water, not oil). No dairy (except low fat cottage cheese occasionally); no processed meats; no heavy sauces; no chips, cookies, sodas, breads, etc.
Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. Don’t starve yourself during the day, but if you don't wake up famished, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed.
Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night. Turn off the TV and the computer. Sleep is vitally important.
Don't consume alcohol—alcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value. Some people will argue that alcohol has some health benefits when consumed in moderation—I’m not debating that—but we’re talking about weight loss here. Lay off the booze if you want to lose the fat.
Drink lots of water, then drink more. Not tea, not Gatorade, not milk. Water. If your urine isn’t almost clear, you need to drink more water.
No, there's not enough quantity in a multivitamin to make you gain significant weight. To be completely blunt, the most you can fit into a single pill is about 1 gram of content... even if your body didn't use any of the nutrients and it were completely stored as fat, that would be an increase of about 1 oz per month (meaning it would take 16 months to gain 1 pound).
No, you'd gain more weight from eating a Big Mac once a year than you would from taking that regimen daily. ;-) Good luck and I hope I helped!
Yes. Birth control pills are notorious for causing weight gain, because they increase your appetite. You have to remember, birth control pills contain hormones that trick your body into believing it's pregnant, and when you're pregnant, your appetite is stimulated. I really struggled with this problem when I started taking Yaz, but it went away eventually.
No.It does not work. These thermogenecs are a temporary fix. What they do is shock your nervous system and metabolism. Once you stop taking them your metabolism will return to its current speed and you will put the weight back on. Try eatin 5 to 6 times daily to speed your metabolism naturally.
There are no safe diet pills on the market.
There are a few unsafe ones, and they all use large amounts of stimulants, which can indeed kill you.
Diet pills are a NO NO you should just lose the weight the right way. They can be deadly and very addictive talk to a Dr first before taking them.
Good Luck with losing the weight or TRIMSPA BABY
