I too became a vegetarian, of course you know. After the pills STOPPED WORKING, and i reverted back to my 200 pound body.
(another hint why not to take them)
but my main point is that if you and your parents are determined to make you lose weight you should go check if you have a problem with your metabolism. If so, they give you pills that HELP YOU and are designed for you to help your metabolism work better and help you lose weight.
I suggest doing that before you end up like i did.

None! There's a reason why licensed dietitians (the ones you see on tv adds don't count since most of them are either frauds or have lost their licence) all say the same thing. The only way to lose weight AND to keep the weight off (unless you're someone who doesn't gain weight) is to eat 5 small meals a day and to exercise.
Licensed professionals who have nothing to sell are ALL on the same side while ONLY the ones who do have something to sell, will encourage you to buy some kind of pill. Not only do they not work, but they actual do a lot of damage to your body by accelerating your heart rate.
Well here is just a thought since I do not know much about you...bodyweight, height and so on. If you are someone wanting to gain/build muscle you need to have the building blocks in place to do so. Drinking the green tea is a great anti-oxidant but being that it is decaffeinated it doesn't really help with your workouts. Protein is your building block. As a rule of thumb you should try to eat one gram of protein per pound of body weight per day, i.e. 160 lbs = 160 grams. Knowing that your average size chicken breast has around 25 grams of protein eating dinner with only 10-20 grams as you say before you lift just isn't gonna cut it.
If you are wanting to stay away from "scientific" stuff, shakes and bars, stick with chicken, tuna and eggs. Peanuts are good but they are very high in fat so eat in moderation. Make your meals easy access. Cook a bunch of chicken breasts to have on hand, cans of tuna are easy and hard boil a bunch of eggs to eat as snacks.
The idea is to load your systems with protein before you lift then tear down your muscle and then more protein after your workout to repair and grow.

There aren't any. Diet pills don't solve the problem.
