Is It Safe For Breastfeeding Mom To Take Weight Loss Pills?
Well, My Bmi Has Escalated To 32 And I'M Wondering If It'S Dangerous To For A Breastfeeding Mom To Take The Weight Loss Pills. (Breastfeeding Exclusively Until Baby Is 6Months Old).
I Intend To Start Shedding Some Weight At Least A Month After I Give Birth (In August). What Are The Dangers?
It can be very dangerous! There is a lot of ingredients that can pass into your milk and not be safe for your little one.
One of the great things about breast feeding is that you burn about 500 calories per day making milk. Keep your diet healthy and start walking or a light exercise when you are ready. Since your body uses a lot of carbs to help make your milk you may get a sweet tooth. Try and keep fruits around to help with that. The weight will come off. I had my son 3 1/2 months ago. I weighed well over 200 lbs before giving birth. I now weigh 165. I plan to breast feed till he is 6 months then I can do whatever to lose the rest of the weight. If you want to start an exercise routine after having the baby and are worried about the lactic acid that can move into your milk, just be sure to nurse right before you exercise, watch how your baby reacts and adjust your exercise accordingly. Talk with your obgyn at your check up and they can help you go over what is best for you and your baby.
Does The Weight Loss Aid Primal Lean Really Work?
Made By Primal Force Inc.
Hi ParryLarry -
If the drugs/herbs in so many of these "diet pill" products work, don't you think Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, and all the other major pharmaceutical companies would own and be selling them?
There is no magic product out there! Lots of people are interested in separating you from your money. Spend your diet dollars with your grocer, not a stranger online. Find a basic multivitamin. Nothing fancy or expensive. Stay away from sugary drinks - soda, sports drinks, and (Yes!) fruit juices. Eat the whole orange instead of a glass of orange juice in the morning. Eat lots of lean protein, fruits and vegetables, and high fiber FOODS - not additives. Stay away from added sugar and salt. Learn to read labels. Start exercising to burn more calories than you consume on a daily basis. Keep reading to learn and stay away from anything extreme. All of this is based on you being in good, normal health. Otherwise consult with your doctor. See the link below for safe ways to help you lose weight without someone trying to sell you something.
How To Lose Weight Fast?
I'M A Guy And I Want To Lose Some Weight In My Belly, Chest And Side Fast. How
Hi Bob, The question you asked is one I commonly see here...and the interesting thing about all these very similar questions is they all seem to include the word 'FAST". But let's take a common sense approach to the situation. You didn't mention your age, height, nor current weight...Neither did you mention if your weight gain was rapid or over a period of time. So I will assume for the moment that you've put on some pounds over time and now you've come to realize that it's a bit too much--so what can be done about it?
For the most part people wanting to lose weight expect it to vanish immediately----what they fail to take into consideration is that if they didn't gain it over night (with the possible exception of water weight due to fluid build up), why is it reasonable to expect it to disappear FAST???
The key to permanent weight loss is #1 a healthy diet that includes all the food groups #2 Eat smaller portions throughout the day and avoid calorie-ridden snacks #3 Eliminate soda and alcoholic beverages from your diet #4 Engage in a sensible exercise program that will push you to tthe limit over a period of time----but not beyond what what you are able to endure. #5 Plan your meals and adhere to your diet plan.
Here's what NOT to do:
Don't engage in a starvation diet
Don't try and find some sort of OTC diet pill that melts fat away----you should never take any type of weight loss medication without first consulting with your physician. Diet fads and OTC products simply don't work and whatever weight is lost through their use rapidly returns (and then some) when you stop that diet plan.
So forget the FAST part----adopt a plan for yourself that will provide you with regular weekly reinforcement when you weigh-in each week. A lost of 2-3 pounds each week doesn't take long to realize a total weight loss 8-10 pounds a month!
I wish you all the best.
Whats The Best Weight Loss Pill Right Now?
Im Currently 6' 220 I Want To Lose 20 Lbs For Starters. I Workout At Least 4 Times A Week I Tried Oxyelite Pro & Meltdown I Was Not A Big Fan. Which Ones Have You Tried And Worked?
I guess you didn't get the memo. Fat burners don't work. They are all scams and none of them work. There are some diet pills which can help people lose fat but they have adverse side effects and one huge problem. The problem is you can't take them forever so when you stop taking them, you'll get fat gain. The reason you will get fat again is because you have not learned how to eat properly and habituated that behavior and, if you did do that, you wouldn't have needed the pill anyway. So, the bottom line is there is only one way to lose fat that works and that's by learning how to eat properly and then doing it.

Where Can I Buy Diet Pills In Cheap Rate?
You shouldn't ever use diet pills as they are not very healthy, although the new one called Alli is supposed to be really healthy for you as it provides your body with a special enzyme which helps your food digest and metabolism better.
Diet pills are not regulated by the FDA and shouldn't be used because there are lots of really bad side effects of it.
Do You Have To Be 18 To Buy Diet Pills?
My Mom Is Obsessed With &Quot;Being Comfortable In Your Own Skin&Quot; And Not Changing Your Look For Others. She Would Never Let Me Use Diet Pills Because My Best Friend'S Mom Gives Them To Her, And My Mom Always Says That She'S Teaching Her That Body Image Matters A Lot. The Pills Worked For My Friend And I Was Wondering If I Could Get Some At The Mall At Gnc If I'M Under 18? I Could Hide Them And Not Tell My Mom Easily. So Do You Have To Be 18?
Don't take weight loss pills...I can express this any more. Yeah, you might lose weight and everything, but it doesn't change your eating habits. Once you gain an ideal weight and body size, you'll most likely stop taking the pills because of costs, etc. This is where your eating habits will get the best of you and you will most likely regain all of the weight that you had lost. Just exercise regularly and practice good eating habits. It will benefit you way more than dieting pills could ever.
Do Womens's Ultra Mega Dietary Supplements Go Bad?
I Have A Bottle That Expired In 02/07.. I Started Takeing Them Again, But When I Take Them...It Gives Me Stomach Aches And Gas. Its This Because My Body Is Just Getting Use To The Pill, Or Are They Just Bad?
I love the GNC ultra mega. I have noticed tho I need to have something in my stomach when taking them because they are a strong vitamin. I buy mine on the 2-fer-1 sale and by the time I am done with the last bottle they are expired by less than 9 months. I talked to the GNC nutritionist and he said as long as they had been stored right there wouldn't be a problem. Some nutrients do lose their potentcy after extended time and exposure. If they have had distinctive discoloration I would discard them. However I have never experienced that with the GNC brand.
Weight Gain After Stopping Birth Control Pills?
Has Anyone Ever Gained Weight After They'Ve Stopped Taking Birth Control Pills? Usually It'S The Other Way Around! Am I Just That Different? I'Ve Been Taking Bc For 10 Years, Recently Decided To Have A Baby And Now I'M 20 Lbs Heavier! My Diet Hasn'T Changed. This Is Frustrating!
Give your body time to adjust to being off the birth control. Your body is used to having a pill adjust your hormones for you, and now it's doing it on its own. Giving it another pill to do the work will not help return your body to normal, nor will it help your body prepare for a pregnancy. When your hormones level off, your body will return to normal and it will be easier to burn off the weight.
Does Weight Loss Hypnosis Really Work?
I Have Tried Adkins Diet, Slim Fast Diet Dexatrim Diet Pills And Still Do Not Loose Weight. When I Tried Diet Pills I Took One And Slept For 3 Days Thankfully I Was Off Work At The Time. I Was So Sleepy And Droggy. My Husband Had To Take Me To The Emergency Room After Taking One Pill. And The Doctor There Told Me There Was Something In It I Was Allergic To. To Not Every Take Them Again. It Dropped My Blood Pressure So Bad They Almost Had To Admit Me. I Am At About 280 Or More. I Know I Need To Loose Weight. I Do Not Eat That Much In A Day. But I Gain Weight Seems Like Just By Smelling Food. In A Day I Have 2 Cups Of Coffe With Cream And 2 Tsp Sugar. A Small Bowl Of Cereal. At About 6 Am. Then About 8 A.M. I Get A 20 Ounce Bottle Of Green Tea. It Lasts Me Until Usually 11 Then I Eat 2 Slices Cucumbers And Get A 16 Ounce Glass Of Regular Tea. At 2 In The Afternoon I Eat A Popcicle With My Grandkids. Or A Peanut Butter Sandwich. And Around 6 We Eat Dinne. A Piece Of Baked Meat Cooked In Water. And A Baked Potato With A Tbs Of Lights Shed Spread Butter. And Green Beans Or Carrots. And I Drink A 20 Ounce Bottle Of Water With Supper. Then We Walk To The Garden And Come Back. Then About 8 We Go To Bed. But I Have Degenerative Disc Disease And Degenerative Bone Disease. I Fractured My Foot 2 Weeks Ago Just Stepping Off The Porch. And My Hips Are Going Out From All The Weight I Have On Them. So I Know I Need To Loose Weight But It Just Refuses To Leave. I Have Put On 150 Pounds In The Past 28 Years. I Know I'M Fat. But With All The Health Problem I Have I Can'T Walk Very Far Before My Hips Lock Up And Then I Have Trouble Even Standing Up. So I Have To Limit Me Exercise. I Am By My Self Most Days. Because My Husband Puts In 14 To 16 Hour Days And Is To Tired To Do Much When He Comes Home. And Have No Money To Join A Gym. I Am Scared Of The Water So I Do Not Swim.
Despite the number of sites on the internet touting hypnosis and its wild benefits, the fact is that very little research evidence indicates that the technique is directly successful on its own. Most of the evidence used to sell materials are anecdotal, and generally being presented by people using it to sell videotapes, audiotapes, books, or seminars. The truth is, there are no guarantees with these results, and most hypnotherapists who submit their techniques to modern scientific testing will openly admit that there is no evidence to back the claims of “single session” hypnosis yielding lasting results.
What Is The Best Weight Loss Pill Out There For A Male That Would Like To Lose Weight Fast?
Please do not try diet pills because they are not the long term answer and many can cause negative health effects. Consider a healthy lifestyle change.
The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:
*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity minus the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF). A website that explains this formula in more detail and will help you determine how many calories you need to reach or maintain a certain weight is at http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/...
Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate the above formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.
Set realistic goals for your ideal body weight. Here are two websites that will calculate a suggested body weight:
It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound.
*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:
Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Here is an excellent food pyramid that anyone can follow: http://www.rayandterry.com/html/images/PyramidLRG.gif?osCsid=26a424be471d1337e7c2f105d5c64d9d
