The first thing you need to do is figure out why your sex drive is low and try to help get it back. I was in your situation and it's not fun without being horny and feeling in the mood when needed. I also felt like my orgasms (if I would even get one) were really weak. Probably because of my sex drive.
However, I tried exercising and dieting but nothing seemed to be working. I thought I was screwed. I then found something just as amazing as the vibrator.
My friend at work told me about this stuff she took to raise her sex drive. It was a natural herbal supplement and was I lucky to of found it. Theres no side effects and the sex drive is just tremendous along with orgasms that are blasting. The stuff is called Hersolution pills. At the time I saved money on them at herenhancement.com
What I did was tried out for 3 months and that was really it. I found taking them every other day or so was the best to stretch it out. After the months were up, I was back to normal with a beating sex drive and my orgasm strength in increased so much.
Well good luck and I hope this helps.
do low maintence exercise, things like walking on flat surfaces, that aren't designed to build muscle. also, keep in mind that once the shot it out of your system, it will be easier to get the weight off. I often wondered why I gained so much weight after having kids, and after being on the shot for a year, I know it's because I got the shot once after each of my two children. once the shot was out of my system, the weight came off.
also, you probably won't have rapid weight gain with the pill because you get close to the same amount of hormone each day as opposed to getting loaded with hormones once that last for three months. the small amount of hormone from the pill shouldn't affect your eating or weight gain significantly.
For me acomplia has been the best. phentermine also showed good results, but i started to get addicted and it had way too nasty side effects.
happy not to have any sides with acomplia so far.
I am losing a pound or few every week.
It is very popular in UK, Germany and many other countries worldwide. Not so much in the US yet.
This is good site for Acomplia info if anyone's interested
No, you won't automatically gain all the weight back when you stop taking them. People who do take them are at a higher risk of regaining the weight because they used an artificial aid to lose it. They'll probably go back to their old diet and exercise habits. This is why people are so big on eating right and exercising, because you need a lifestyle change to lose the weight and keep it off.
However, at your height and weight, it would be absurd for you to think about losing more. If anything, you could stand to gain a few pounds. I've known women who were your height who weighed twenty pounds more than you and had stunning bodies.
"don't give me shitty answers"
A little bossy, aren't we?
If you are changing and exercising, you are already on the right track. The weight will come down so long as you are diligent. Adding the diet pills will mess up your weight loss efforts. It will set you up for rebound weight gain.
Thats my answer. But I am sure you have done enough research but still if you want to know why diet pills are not the best option read on. Otherwise, best of luck and hope you achieve your goals.
When it comes to weight loss, slow is fast and fast is slow.
Try and find out what you are trying to lose with these diet pills. Make sure you are losing fat and not muscle and water.
A lot of diet pills make you lose water. What is the point of losing water when your body will store all of it back again once you stop the diet pills. And you have to stop eventually or you risk damaging your kidneys.
And diet pills that artificially rev up you metabolism are the worst kind. These have tremendous side effects.
Fat can only be removed from your body by burning it. Each pound of fat contains 3500 calories. You need to thus have a deficit of approximately 500 calories a day if you want to lose 1 pound a week and 1000 calories a day if you want to lose 2 pounds of fat per week.
It cant be made to vanish into thin air but has to be burnt. Have a look at this article if you are interested to find out more about what happens to fat when weight is loss : http://correct-weight-loss.net/2009/04/1...
Just make sure that you lose the weight correctly. Correct weight loss essentially means losing fat while holding on or building on your existing muscles. This is the only way you could sustain the weight loss. If you need more information about what is correct weight loss, read this article; http://correct-weight-loss.net/2009/01/2...
The most important part about losing weight is being able to keep it off. You can only keep the weight loss off if the weight loss came from losing fat and not water or muscles. None of the people who successfully kept the weight off, took diet pills. Diet pills set you up for a massive rebound weight gain. Here is some interesting information on what people who lost weight and kept it off, did ; http://correct-weight-loss.net/2009/11/0...
Hope this information was helpful
Actually I gained weight when I was on the pill!
even the diet pills that claim to be "natural" often have ingredients that are dangerous. diet pills are NOT inspected by the FDA like other medicines so they pretty much don't regulate the ingredients to any extent.
i used to take different kinds, including "natural" dexatrim, and now i have an irregular heartbeat. it's not worth it!!
acai isn't a drug. it's a fruit. maybe if you took those stupid pills they come out with now that have acai in them, there would be side effects. but the fruit itself is healthy for you.
NONE , IF YOU LOOK IN THE LONG TERM
The MOST important thing is to eat naturally..without medicines, chemicals, "starving" your self etc.
first, it would be best for you to eat as healthy as possible..this will also help you considerably to lose weight gradually and naturally..
eat fresh fruits, vegetables, drink plenty of WATER..avoid all cokes, caffeines, smoking, alchohol etc. as these also add weight as well as they contain chemicals which disturb your natural bio rythmns as well as brain chemistry. try not to eat too much meat, and the meat you should eat should be "lean meat" such as steamed chicken and rice, or steamed fish with rice..and vegetables,, this should be your staple diet rice and vegetables with fruits..AVOID "JUNK FOOD" and "Fast Food" as this type of food is very unhealthy, lacking in vitamins really and has plenty of fattening molecules which make one gain weight and is very bad for overall health.
if you snack,, try fruits with yogurt or fruit yogurt and nuts.. nuts are very healthy for your body .and contain proteins.
go for walks every evening or morning or whenever you get time each day for 1 hour or 2 hours..make this somewhere you enjoy walking even if you have to drive a bit to there..and make this a daily routine..you will enjoy it once you get into it ..and it makes you feel great after..just walking for 1 hour or 2 hours.
if you do this..every day for one month ..you should lose around 10 pounds (.714 stone) per month until you get to your natural healthy weight.. look up on the internet for an idea of what your weight for your height should be ..and when you get to this weight,,your body will look very nice and you will feel very good.
10 pounds (.714 stone ) each month in 3 months you should lose 30 pounds (2 stones, 2 pounds)..for sure...but no junk food and dont drink alcohol or smoke, dont eat junk..just healthy food with vitamins and walking 1 hour or 2 hours every day..and drink plenty of water..this is guaranteed way to lose weight naturally and for good, if you stick to this, which you should,,as it makes you feel so much more positive due to the vitamins and lack of chemicals making you feel depressed...
btw, forgot to mention,,just in case you dont know how to really make healthy meals..buy a "food steamer" at your local deparment store..they are very cheap and work very well..as well as buy a "rice cooker" which is also very cheap..eating rice is a great way to get your necessary carbs "healthy carbs" to lose weight and has lots of natural energy inside. you can buy asian rice at most large supermarkets or if you have a local oriental market..they sale quality asian rice.. thai or indian rice is good "jasmine rice".. buy corn or canola oil to sprinkle on vegetables or rice before steaming to add to taste as well as you can buy several nice spices like "cumin" or "Curry powders", etc.just sprinkle on the vegetables before steaming to give nice taste.
drink "Green Tea" as this is very healthy and helps burn extra fat faster...you can buy quality green tea at most oriental shops or large supermarkets as well
Over the last 2 years I have tried numerous over the counter diet pills/fat burners with NO results!!!
About one month ago I heard about phentermine from someone who lost about 25 pounds in 2 months using phentermine 37.5 mg. Her cousin lost about 50 pounds in 3 months using it. Naturally I was interested in phentermine 37.5 mg and began to do some research on it. After my research I decided to give it a try.
Phentermine 37.5 mg works GREAT!!!!! So far in 3 weeks I have lost 18 pounds!!!!!
I ordered my phentermine (37.5 mg) from a website called US-Pills.com and received my order in 6 days. They do have express shipping if you want to receive your order sooner. I paid $199.00 for 90 pills, which is a 3 month supply. I know that sounds expensive, but I checked NUMEROUS web sites and this site seemed to have the best prices and also seemed to be a legit site. If you can get a prescription from your doctor it would be a lot cheaper. Unfortunately, my doctor refused to provide me a prescription because she said I was not obese and she only will prescribe phentermine to obese patients.
Since I've been taking my phentermine (37.5 mg) I've had great results. I feel like I'm melting. My closes are fitting loser and when I look at myself in the mirror after I get out of the shower I look and feel smaller.
I take 1 pill per day as soon as I get up in the morning. About 30 minutes later I go to the gym. I feel so energized and have the best workouts then I have had in a long time. I am able to work out longer and harder. I eat my breakfast when I get home from the gym. I'm not hungry all day and have no cravings for sweets or bad foods like I normally would before I started using phentermine. Because I no longer have the bad cravings I eat healthy small meals throughout the day. Since I'm not hungry anymore, I'm probably consuming about 800-1000 calories per day.
Phentermines is GREAT but, you should not use phentermine if you have or have ever had heart disease, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis (narrowing of the arteries), hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid gland), diabetes, glaucoma, or a history of drug abuse. As with any medication/drug it's always best to consult your doctor.
It's true that I've lost 18 pounds so far using phentermine 37.5mg and I'm sure I'll accomplish my goal if I continue to use it. But, I also truly believe that my working out, eating healthy and drinking lots of water has a lot to do with the weight loss results. I don't think I would get these results with the phentermine alone.
If you lose weight with phentermine or any other weight loss aide(s) or diet(s) and fail to exercise and eat healthy regularly you will gain the weight back and probably more!!!!!
Hope this was helpful and good luck in your weight loss success!!!!!
