You have tried everything to lose weight except for actually doing what makes the most sense. EDIT: I don't recommend using the prescribed pills from a doctor. The prescription diet pill, phentermine, is a pill that is an amphetamine and also a hallucinagen. The problems:
-The pill increases your heart rate to the point that exercise is dangerous. You will be advised to do no more than walking easily around the block.
-You only lose weight because of the pill, so when you stop taking it you gain all that weight right back. The problem is that this pill is not repeatedly prescribed...you have one shot to lose the weight and keep it off. Most people cannot keep it off because the effects of the pill cause the weight loss, not any actual maintainable practices like proper food choice and regular good exercise.
-Because the pill can affect your thinking, people who come off it have listed problems with depression and suicidal thoughts.
In other words, I'm surprised this is prescribed at all.
