You can eat whatever you want when you stop, just like while you are on it. Except that you know that while you are on it, you limit your fat so you dont get treatment effects and you limit your calories to lose weight, when you go off it, you will still need to watch your fat, so you don't have a heart attack and you will need to watch your calories so you dont gain all the weight back.
There is nothing you cannot eat while on alli, so there should be no reason your body would react when you stopped.
Dont listen to anyone who tells you not to take it or that it is a fad, or that you only need to watch what you eat and exercise more. These are people who never had a weight problem to begin with. I have been exercising at least 3x per week and watching my calorie intake for most of my life, and I've always been overweight. A home remedy for dandruff is to mix 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar with 1/4 cup water. The vinegar solution is thought to restore the restore the pH balance of the scalp and discourage the overgrowth of malassezia furfur, the yeast-like fungus thought to trigger dandruff.
The vinegar mixture is usually poured into a spray bottle and spritzed on the hair and scalp, avoiding the eye and ear area. A towel is then wrapped around the head and left on 15 minutes to an hour. Some alternative practitioners recommend using apple cider vinegar to restore alkaline acid balance. The theory behind the alkaline diet is that our blood is slightly alkaline (with a normal pH level of between 7.35 and 7.45) and that our diet should reflect this pH level. Hi, the problem with diet pills---and with diets---is that the body adapts quickly and resists losing weight. Eating more protein helps by stimulating a hormone that reduces hunger. Carbohydrates stimulate hunger biochemically.
Regarding drugs, Wellbutrin is more effective than Meridia or Xenical (and these are both expensive, and insurance doesn't cover them and they doen;t work very well) and it is very well known as a succesfull drug that works for a lot of people with not many side effects. A combination of wellbutrin and another drug (zonisamide) is being developed by Orexigen in San Diego. Both drugs are already being used as therapeutics and it turns out that when taken together in the right dose, etc. it is VERY effective for weight loss, and it looks like it will be an OK drug to take in terms of not having bad side effects. Why is a combination good? Becasue when you lose weight, the body has multiple ways of sensing this and interprets that the dieter is "starving" and starts turning up the appitite to make sure the dieter doesn't starve. This reaction is biochemical and it doesn't matter if the person weighs 110 lbs or 310 lbs. The combination of the two drugs is because the first drug stimulates the biochemistry so we are not hungry and the second one keeps it from being shut down when the body senses we are losing weight.
A totally new drug has been approved in Europe (rimonabant) but I think it has some seriously bad side effects and the FDA has delayed approving here, probably with good reason.

Sounds like you are losing and gaining water weight. Weight typically does that if you weigh yourself at different times during the day. Whenever you exhale, there is water vapor in your breath. You also lose water weight in your feces and urine. Weigh yourself the same time every day. Usually in the morning before you have eaten and after you have used the restroom.
If you are weighing yourself in that manner, then it could be those diet pills. I do not know anything about those diet pills. I can tell you that you are wasting your money though. Nothing works better than eating right. That's what works. Since you can't exercise, I would recommend eating your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) calories. There are online BMR calculators that can tell you what it is. Type BMR calculator into your search engine. They should ask for your age, height, weight, and sex. If you want to lose weight, then consuming your BMR calories will work. Now, when you begin exercising again, you will need to increase you calorie intake slowly. Go for about a 200 calorie increase a week. If not, you may experience weight gain. The reason, when you consume fewer calories, your metabolism slows down. Some people call this starvation mode (no such thing by the way). Exercising will boost it, however, you will not jump in there and start exercising the way you were before your accident. Right? You will be somewhat out of shape. Same goes for your metabolism. Take it slow when returning to exercise and when increasing your calories.

It's very hard if you don't at least add a protein shake 6 meals a day is very hard to fit into any schedule. Whey protein is the best and fairly inexpensive, mix it w/milk for added protein. Protein is the key to building muscle. You need 2grm of protein for every pound of muscle on your body. So you wieght 165x 2= 330 grms. of protein a day a chicken breast has 40-50 so you can see why adding a protein shake is important. Unless you want to eat 6 chicken breats a day. Tuna, almonds, turkey breast,boiled eggs,most fish are great sources of lean protein. Stay awy from low grade hamburger.
