No and No...You can't just exercise and expect to lose weight. You have to eat healthy as well. "Its just way too hard for me". I was 5'2 and 221.8lbs and lost weight and you claim it is too hard. There is 300-400 people that work out and exercise. You are your own worst enemy. Making excuses.

You seem like a very intelligent and self-aware young lady by trying to suggest that the family, as a whole, eat healthier but unfortunately your mom is not getting the message. As a compulsive overeater myself, I've found the only thing that has helped is going to support group meetings with other overeaters, making friends there, comparing notes, and visiting a nutritionist who will talk to you and suggest a food plan. They have meetings in almost every city. You can look them up here.
You will want to take whey protein. Whey is considered a complete protein because it has the largest amino acid profile, including the very important BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids).
If you can find a good quality version that tastes good (see www.bendsupplements.com), then mixing it in water would be sufficient. Otherwise, making a shake with berries (a low-glycemic carb) would be next best thing.

to lose weight u need to eat right and have a workout plan 5-6 days a week.u have to want it.
***try this u need to change ur diet.
eat six times a day. ea of ur 3 main meals needs to combine a lean protein such as chicken breast ground turkey turkey bacon egg whts also combine that with a complex carb such as a baked potato or sweet potato wild rice brown rice oatmeal or girts. also add fresh fruit and vegies to lunch and dinner. pick fruits low in sugar like pears and berries. if u get canned vegies get ones with low sodium. eat every 3-4 hrs keep ur metablism moving.
***also the most important part is WATER drink at least 64oz. no soda or juice. water will curve ur cravings.
u need to hit cardio 3-4 times a week running outside it great workout if u can hit a gym and cardio machine is great at least 30mins***
also add weight/strength training 3 times a week.u can google free weight traning guides anywhere. its not hard to find things for free. also for those wanting sexy hot abs. a nice toned stomach comes from a body with low body fat. so if ur overweight and u do a million crunches or any ab workout you r wasting your time!!! cant see the muscles under fat. low body fat equals=a nice flat toned stomach.

The first thing to do is to forget about it.
Now I tell you why:
1. Losing weight is never a matter of miraculous remedies or some new formula that nobody had ever heard of. They do that in order to make money by promising incredible results etc. Manufacturers have been doing it for decades. Like the pills to become younger, pills to rejuvenate the skin etc. That is all a bunch of rubbish and a waste of money always.
2. The ingredients of those capsules are made of so many plants that not even the makers have any clue as to what that mix can do. Nobody can know because that is not a synthesized tablet with a known molecule, such aspirin, and other pharmacy drugs. When we talk about plants, the chemical compounds can amount to hundreds.
3. The manufacturers themselves state that this should not be taken by persons under 18 and that you need to check with a doctor first.
4. When it is about losing weight, what you need to do is sit down and have a chat with a health care professional. That is what they are there for. They will assess your case, if you really need to lose weight and if yes how, and they will set up a diet program. Losing weight is eating healthy and doing regular exercise in the vast majority of the cases. Only 2% of overweight people have some true condition that makes them be overweight.
If I may, I'd like to help you have a different view of your weight situation. You feel terrible. You think you can't do any of the things "skinnier" girls can do, and are unhappy with your size. OK here's what you do to help yourself change toward the body you prefer to have, and not have to take pills to make it happen.

Life doesn't suck, and you weren't saddled with this situation from somewhere out in the cosmos, you have created, and perpetuated this situation with the very powerful expression of your thoughts and words. And, the good news is, we CAN CHANGE OUR THOUGHTS< AND SELF-TALK, to the point that we see visible change.
First of all, you HAVE to TRUST yourself, and KNOW that you CAN DO IT> Because YOU CAN! "Inch by Inch it's a cinch" someone famous said.("By the mile it takes a while").
You MUST be G E N T L E with yourself. Rome was't built in a day, and neither was that healthy waistline! Don't be judge and executioner if you decide to have a hershey bar... just accept that when you do, you're pushing against the results you want, instead of helping them. Eat sunflower seeds, and well, granola bars, with no sugar in them. Sugar is the enemy right now. Avoid it at all cost.
OK, so you're learning about changing your thinking with affirmations. Write on your bathroom mirror, preferably in lipstick, neatly!!!-I AM A VALUABLE HUMAN BEING, and say it every time you see it in the mirror.
Now, in your BEDROOM< write on the mirror, and if you don't have a mirror in your bedroom, it's all good, write in big bold letters on a sheet of paper you habg in a very conspicuous place: I LOVE AND APPROVE OF MYSELF. Say it out loud dozens and dozens of times a day.. It might sound silly, and right now you won't believe it, but give it time girlfriend, you WILL!
Put a small slip of paper in your purse that says the same thing so you see it all the time. Everytime you see it...SAY IT OUT LOUD. Or if there are oither people around, and you see it, say it quietly to yourself, EVEN IF YOU DON"T BELIEVE IT YET> In time...YOU WILL!!! And at any time, after beginnining to feel a little better about yourself, you'll notice that your not saying as as many mean things about yourself, because you are beginning to discover that You ARE A MEANINGFUL HUMAN BEING<< and it its natural to Love and Approve of yourself, and in so doing, you begin to see things about yourself changing ever so slowly.
As a related, but slightly different type of 'affirmation' you should actually practice "SEEING Yourself', as already thinner, and progressing toward your preferred weight. This will take a lot of practice, but, it'll come natural after a little while.
You HAVE to stick with it!

Yes they work I think they are the only diet pills that are approved by the FDA so that means they have to work. All those other diets pills such as relicore and all that other crap are not approved by the FDA so basically that means that they dont work lol but, yes they do work.

Simply stated, diet pills do not work. Know that every commercial you see for every single diet pill comes with a caveat: "...along with diet and exercise." Simply taking the pill won't help you lose weight. You'd be better off saving your money and spending it on what's called a thermogenic. It can come in a powder or pill form and you can find decent ones at GNC or a local health food store for around $25. Basically the way that thermogenics work is to raise your body temperature higher while you are physically active, so you sweat more and burn more calories. The one I use is called L4--you can find it at GNC for around $35 for a 90-day supply. It works very well, has never given me any of the side effects and is reasonably priced.
Having said that, you might start by being almost obsessive about the things you put into your body. Once you really start to take account of the smallest things, it's amazing where you find hidden calories (do you use whole milk or 2%, do you put sugar on your cereal in morning, creamer in your coffee?) It's honestly the small, seemingly insignificant things that add up, and fast! Good luck with your weight loss journey! Hope I've helped...
